I always enjoy visits to the Criterion and selection of cakes afterwards. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the museum and the history of the Island. Would definitely recommend.
– Diana W., Google ReviewsHoused in an old music hall. Like going back in time. This wonderful little Theatre, museum, Tea shop. Shows films on Fridays, other times live shows. Very interesting little venue.
– Wendy N., TripAdvisor ReviewsI couldn't believe it - as if by magic, you go through a very ordinary door back in time. Beautifully restored and maintained. Manned by enthusiastic volunteers - I loved it.
– Marie-Elise R., Google ReviewsGreat variety of information and artefacts, and very well informed friendly volunteers. It deserves to be better known. There's a small team room too. And one of the few surviving music halls.
– Kevin S., TripAdvisor ReviewsA great hidden gem featuring heritage, a tea room, a cinema and a chance to enjoy some great entertainment in a venue with character.
– Martin G., Google ReviewsThe heritage centre is jam-packed with items, memorabilia and artifacts. Once you’ve absorbed the history, relax in our comfortable cafe.
